Our Mission
To support undergraduates in all stages of their biomedical research journeys through academic discussion and collaboration. As well as to be a community for undergraduates passionate about research in science and medicine.
Why Join?

Workshops
Our bi-weekly meetings typically consist of interactive workshops. These workshops usually help strengthen a research "soft skill" and aim to help you become a more well-rounded researcher. In the past we have had workshops on improving your CV, presenting research, making a poster and more!
Panels
We also have quarterly panels with professionals in biomedical research fields. In the past we have had medical students, medical school admissions representatives, PhD students, and MD-PhD students. These provide an invaluable opportunity to learn about different careers and ask questions to people in your desired field.

Socials
We have optional socials outside of meeting time for members to get to know one another better! In the past we have had picnics and trips into Westwood! We have several fun socials planned for the upcoming year!

Mentorship
In our mentorship program, we pair up students new to research with students with research experience. This is a great opportunity for both students looking for guidance and students looking to provide mentorship. Generally, the quarter of mentorship concludes with a small project between the mentor and mentee. During Winter Quarter, mentor-mentee pairs have the opportunity to make a scientific poster and practice presenting at our Winter Mentorship Gala.
